Tipping

Tips are not expected, but they are appreciated. Our company, and our drivers pride themselves in making your dinner our number one priority. Mobile servers appreciate recognition for a job well done. Tipping in delivery is a little different than tipping in a restaurant. We find that most people that use our service tip between 10% and 15%.

Special Considerations

We require an address and a phone number for delivery. We're sorry to say we cannot deliver to a park or sporting event, for example, but we can deliver to a business or your place of employment, as long as you provide an address and a phone number. Thank you for your understanding. If there is something tricky about finding you, please let the restaurant know when you place your order and they will relay that to Dial and Dine.

Our delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour. Please consider weather, distance, and traffic conditions. Our delivery times are longer than you will find at pizza and sub places due to the nature of our process and the type of food we deliver. Drivers are sent to the restaurant and wait until your food is ready to ensure freshness at the door. We deliver the food in thermal delivery bags that keep food at a temperature of 110 degrees up to an hour. Prices are subject to change and may vary from other prices listed. We are CLOSED ON SUNDAY. If you place an order on Sunday through the web site we will cancel your order and refund your credit card. (Unfortunately we cannot prevent you from placing an order when we are closed.)
